Gateshead Council’s Arts Development Team

Soul Soup is recruiting a Soul Soup Volunteer Crew to provide additional specialised support to communities and/or to help with organising our final celebration event on 13 March 2011.  Whether you can offer a specific skill to a community, would like to support the planning of our event or you’re just able to pitch up and help on the day, we’d like to hear from you. 

Gateshead Old Town Hall and various locations across Gateshead

• help to support professional artists and craftspeople

• assist the professional chef with the

preparation of soups in community settings

• help with creative evaluation at projects and events

• be part of an event team who are supported to plan, organise and deliver the final Soul Soup celebratory event in March 2011

• be part of an event team and help to plan and organise the final Soul Soup event in March 2011

• receive training with the option of gaining recognised qualifications

• and most importantly of all, have lots of fun!
